View Content is one of the default permissions granted to new Users who are defined by the role called “User.” All sub permissions except View Content are automatically selected when you grant this permission to Users. You can grant or deny specific View Content-related sub permissions as needed.

View Content |
This is a default permission granted to all new Admins. Admins must be granted this permission in order to view the content of the LearnCenter. Content includes text, graphics and other multimedia, links, and courses. When you click the View Content check box, the check boxes for the following sub User Permissions are also selected. |
View LearnCenter Pages |
Enables Admins to view LearnCenter pages. If you deny this permission, Admins will not be able to view the LearnCenter pages. |
View Course Pages |
Enables Admins to view LearnCenter Course pages. If you deny users this permission, Admins will not be able to access the LearnCenter course list. |
Insert Reviews |
Enables Users to write reviews for items (Ratings and Reviews feature). If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to insert reviews for items. |
Edit Reviews |
Enables User to edit their own reviews for items (Ratings and Reviews feature). If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to edit their own reviews for items, |
View Reviews |
Enables Users to read the reviews for items (Ratings and Reviews feature). If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to read the reviews for items. |
View Certificates Content |
Enables Users to view the content of certificates. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to view the content of certificates. |
Print Completion Certificates |
Enables Users to print completion certificates. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to print completion certificates. |
Email Completion Certificates |
Enables Users to email completion certificates. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to email completion certificates. |
